Favola Umbra is an exclusive private estate comprising two grand manor villas and an intimate guest cottage—authentic 18th-century residences meticulously restored with exceptional craftsmanship and reverence for their historic soul. Every intervention has been guided by a passion for preservation, safeguarding original architectural details while discreetly integrating state-of-the-art technology and contemporary comforts.

Set within the timeless stone architecture of the Umbrian countryside, the estate offers the rare privilege of space, privacy, and authenticity. The villas may be reserved in their entirety for a truly private retreat, or individually, thanks to their elegant division into refined luxury apartments—each designed to deliver an atmosphere of understated elegance and exclusivity.

The first Villa, known as Voce degli Angeli, is divided into two independent apartments, located on the ground floor and the first floor.

The second Villa, known as La Villa is divided into four independent apartments named Conviviale, Dolce Vita, Colombe, and Piccolo Sogno.

  • Dolce Vita and Colombe are located on the ground floor.

Completing the estate is an intimate guest cottage named Capannina, offering a secluded and charming retreat.
